The event venue was perfect for our Maybelline New York launch. We were launching four brand new products from the Eye category and we wanted somewhere that would allow us to really show-off our brand identity for 2009. The gallery allowed us to have a blank canvas and present our brand in a New York fashion. We felt that the gallery represented an on-trend, cultural New York style apartment space. The service was extremely welcoming and anything we wanted was not turned down. We were allowed to express ourselves whilst also being supported by the Gallery’s Manager. We would definitely think of having another event here in the future.

The Gallery Soho was one of a long list of choices for a possible venue for our two-month event. In the end we chose it based not only on its excellent location but also the facilities it offered and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The management were flexible on every front, able to provide for us what we needed whether it was a 10-man community event for gamers on one day and then a 200-man party with attractive, friendly bar staff and music the next. The venue itself is structured well enough to cater for any number of situations, has enough private space to have been able to accomodate all of our needs and was staffed by the friendly, professional and extremely capable Rene. I would recommend The Gallery Soho to anyone else in a heartbeat.

EA worked closely with The Gallery Soho to create an atmospheric environment for the game launch of Battleforge. The venue space was perfect and all elements were flexible to our needs. “The gallery space itself is a fantastic opportunity to show paintings - it is bright and spacious and has all the infrastructure to display art. Not only is the gallery in the heart of Soho, which means people are continuously coming in off the street but, being bang in central London with the tube just a couple of minute away, it is very accessible for people coming from all ends of London.

We chose the Gallery Soho for the launch of new luxury brand Benney Watches for its great location and because it offered a blank canvas onto which we could create a really bespoke event. We worked closely with the management team, who were able to accommodate all our ideas and were flexible with how we used the space. The catering was excellent and the staff very professional and friendly. All our guests commented on the quality, taste and presentation of the food, and on how great the venue was. The Gallery was an even better venue this year than last as we had full reign of the ground floor including the window display which was viewable from street level – having people taking photos and looking at our brand from the street was really exciting. I hope this finds you well! We hosted our launch event at Gallery Soho last Thursday, and I'd just like to say that it was a massive success, so thanks for that. The venue was spotless when I arrived, and was the perfect environment for the launch.
I'd particularly like to congratulate Rene on all the hard work he put in, as it really wouldn't have been possible without him. I was hugely impressed with his attitude. Having booked a number of venues for events over the years, I was bowled over with his drive and enthusiasm, before, during, and after the event. Whether communicating with our suppliers, stocking the fridges up, and even helping with hanging the artwork, he was a great help. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us, and managed to keep his cool under a lot of pressure, even refusing a tip from myself at the end of the night.
Thanks very much, I certainly plan to use Gallery Soho for an agency party again.

What can I say? You have been an absolute star! As you know we have just finished an event at a 5 star hotel where we expected a 5 star service. With a blank space venue, you generally expect this less so. However, not only did you deliver a 5 star service, your flexibility and helpful attitude has made an event which was difficult in its run-up, run perfectly yesterday. Both client and we at BEYOND were delighted and we will certainly be looking for an opportunity to run another event at Gallery Soho as soon as we can.
